Though the cold, wet weather has prevented most of us from jumping head first into Spring 2010 fashion, a great way to begin your Spring wardrobe transformation is by carrying a handbag worthy of the season. Here are the top trends for handbags this Spring.

Neutral Colors

Camel browns, creams and even earthy pastels are perfect for Spring.

White

While it’s always a popular color for Spring handbags, white is particularly popular this Spring. In fact, if you get one handbag this Spring, go for a white one.

Though super practical, this style has never been very stylish. It’s not the way you wear this purse that has kept it from being stylish; it’s just that designers were not making attractive crossbody purses until now.

I agree with Cathy!
I’d probably go with a neutral colored cross body type for everyday, one with lots of outside pockets. Cross body always feels safer when traveling.
As for white, i received a white purse as a gift last year and was terrified to use it in case it got dirty? Perhaps I can spray it with something… Otherwise, I’ll just get over my fear and go for that fresh spring look!
