Fashion Week Spring 2009–Cynthia Steffe
September 9th, 2008 by crystal

With his premiere exhibition, Shaun Kearney, the designer of the Cynthia Steffe Collection, did a fantastic job creating a Spring 2009 Collection that is versatile and actually wearable. I think we’ll see a lot of these pieces being worn by celebs as well as us regular gals come Spring. One thing Shaun did in choreographing his show, was organize the pieces by color. The show started with pieces that were black & white, and then moved through pieces that were tan, blue, chartreuse, all white, and then red & white. Here’s what I saw:
pocket dresses
corset tops
ruffles at the hem
high-waisted shorts
bolero jackets
high-waisted skirts
black and nude knee-highs
pantsuits
satin
shortsuits
leather
florals
cuff bracelets in all black or all white
flowy dresses
high-waisted pants
asymmetrical shirts
white dresses (of course!)
