Most of the images you’ll find when referencing this collection are of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson. Samantha was there to cheer on her twin sister and Lindsay got a ton of publicity, being watched for her reactions to each outfit.
So, I have to admit that I was pretty underwhelmed by this collection. Nothing really stood out as ground-breaking…lots of what we’ve already seen in the last few seasons. Two recurring staples: off the shoulder tops layered under tank dresses and knee-high stockings. I like the off the shoulder tops. They definitely hearken back to the 80′s. I’m not so sure about the stockings though. Especially in nude! They just remind me a little too much of my grandma’s wardrobe. My favorite piece was the white ruffle dress. I’ve seen a few of those this fashion week.
