Spring 2009 Nail Polish Colors
OPI and Essie have both softened their palettes. Notice that blues, purples and browns remain, but are much lighter and have some shimmer this go ’round.
OPI South Beach Collection Spring 2009
Though these don’t come out until February 4, you can preorder any of them by clicking on the images below.
Shown: Miami Beet, Party in My Cabana, Paint My Moji-toes Red, Conga Line Coral, Clubbing til Sunrise, Sand in My Suit, Done Out in Deco, Feeling Hot-Hot-Hot!, Bronzed to Perfection, Overexposed in South Beach, OPI on Collins Ave., Suzi & the Lifeguard
As usual, OPI has come up with pretty clever names for each of their polishes. As I mentioned before, they’ve lightened their shades for the Spring. Last Fall, their purples, browns and reds were almost black. Now, you can actually tell them apart. I love so many of these shades, but I’m really digging Clubbing til Sunrise and Bronzed to Perfection. They’re both neutral, but still manage to be bold.
Essie Spring 2009 Collection
The Essie Collection will be released February 1. Like the OPI Collection, you can preorder by clicking on the image below.
Shown: One of a Kind, Mesmerize, Flawless, Status Symbol, Lacquered Up, Eternal Optimist
Such great colors! I always love Essie’s light pinks and these are no exception! Also, that blue is fantastic! Essie hasn’t had a great blue in the past. I like how light this one is.
