Beauty Review–Cosmedicine Exfoliator

September 3rd, 2008 by crystal

When I was at Sephora the other day, I was given a free sample because I’m an ‘Beauty Insider’. The sample was Cosmedicine’s Medi-morphosis Self-Adjusting Exfoliator. It sat in my closet for a few days until I pulled it out today and gave it a try. First of all, I have to say that the texture is quite different from exfoliators I’ve used in the past. It’s almost dry. The directions say to rub a small amount onto your skin until “all the exfoliants dissolve and you no longer feel crystals”. Well, I didn’t think that was going to happen after rubbing it in for a few minutes (probably more like 20 seconds), but then I noticed the crystals were in fact going away. The best part of this product is that it’s safe enough to be used on your lips. My lips were getting quite dry and were tattling on me every time I drank a glass of red wine. Now, they (and the rest of my face) are super smooth and soft. I don’t feel dry like I do after using some exfoliants. And, it didn’t hurt at all. Super!
