He has it easy. Valentine’s gifts for her are a no-brainer since we all love chocolate, jewelry and anything fashion related.
Shopping for him is another story.
It’s true, you could get him the overly common heart splattered boxer shorts (gag), a tie (boring) or cuff links (double boring). This Valentine’s Day, get your guy something a little more creative and a lot more personal.
The best thing about these gift ideas is that you can pick them up online or DIY them pretty quickly.
1. Spin the Bottle

Buy a bottle of your man’s favorite liquor and attach a tag to the neck that says ‘Spin Me’. Enough said.
2. Barber Shop Shave

This is the equivalent of getting a facial for us girls. Every guy loves or dreams of getting a straight edge razor shave in a real barber shop. Your city probably has an upscale men’s barber shop where you can purchase a gift certificate online. Your man will be ecstatic, trust me.
3. Itunes Playlist

Remember back in the 80’s when we made mix tapes? Yeah, this is something like that. Itunes lets you create a playlist and gift it to your someone special.
To get started, simply create a playlist in your iTunes library. Then, click on the arrow to the right of the highlighted playlist and choose “Give Playlist.”
4. Scissors

Warning. This one’s a little more scandalous than the others. Buy yourself lingerie from a discount store. Don’t spend too much money on it…just find something that’s sexy and cheap. Also buy a pair of scissors and wrap them in a nice little package. When you come out in your sexy lingerie, give your man the wrapped package. Again, enough said.
Have a fantastic Valentine’s Day!

Phoebe Philo’s debut runway show for Celine was absolutely fantastic. Celine has never been considered a major line, however Philo’s recent collection has the label headed into the limelight.
Philo’s previous work with Stella McCartney at Chloe is ever present in these ultra sleek and modern, yet still quite feminine designs.
The collection was predominantly neutral, consisting of Philo’s favorite colors–black, white, khaki and camel. Day wear for the modern woman was the theme of the day. That’s not to say this collection was ordinary…just very wearable.

Final Thoughts
If you can’t tell, I’m a big fan of this collection. It is so sophisticated, it’s sexy, it’s smart and it’s sleek. I can see myself wearing these pieces. Now, are they in my budget?

Though the cold, wet weather has prevented most of us from jumping head first into Spring 2010 fashion, a great way to begin your Spring wardrobe transformation is by carrying a handbag worthy of the season. Here are the top trends for handbags this Spring.
Neutral Colors
Camel browns, creams and even earthy pastels are perfect for Spring.
White
While it’s always a popular color for Spring handbags, white is particularly popular this Spring. In fact, if you get one handbag this Spring, go for a white one.
Crossbody
Though super practical, this style has never been very stylish. It’s not the way you wear this purse that has kept it from being stylish; it’s just that designers were not making attractive crossbody purses until now.
Satchel
Satchels are the predominant style this Spring. Find an oversized satchel in one of the season’s top colors and you can’t go wrong.
Metallic Hardware
Studs, chains, exposed zippers and other metallic embellishments are making even neutral colored bags look rocker-chic.
Which style of handbag will you wear this Spring?
